摘要
新质生产力在经济生产发展实践过程中形成了较为完善的内容体系。具体来看,“新质生产力”的四维内涵主要包括:一项基础前提,即培育发展新质生产力要把握其发展的现实情况。两个战略目标,即实现生产力迁跃式发展和经济高质量发展。三维基本要求,即培育发展新质生产力要坚持人民至上的价值取向;坚持绿色发展的生态原则;坚持因地制宜、分类指导的方法原则。四项发展举措,即树立指导生产力发展实践的“新理念”;正确处理生产力相关的“新矛盾”;利用科技创新巨大效能的“新引擎”;推进虚实结合的数字化“新业态”。正确理解和深刻把握新质生产力的逻辑内涵,对于有效促进生产力发展、保持现代化经济的安全性与稳定性具有重要意义。
“New Quality Productivity”has formed a relatively complete content system in the process of economic production development practice.Specifically,the core essence of“new quality productivity”mainly includes:a basic premise,that is,to cultivate and develop new quality productivity,we must grasp the reality of its development;The two strategic goals are to achieve leapfrog development of productivity and high-quality economic development;The three-dimensional basic requirement is to cultivate and develop new quality productive forces,and adhere to the value orientation of people first;adhere to the ecological principles of green development;adhere to the method and principle of adapting measures to local conditions and categorical guidance;The four development measures are to establish a“new concept”to guide the practice of productive force development;correctly handle the“new contradictions”related to productivity;a“new engine”that harnesses the tremendous efficiency of scientific and technological innovation;Promote the digital“new format”that combines virtual and real.Correctly understanding and profoundly grasping the logical connotation of the new quality of productive forces is of great significance to effectively promoting the development of productive forces and maintaining the security and stability of the modern economy.
