高速公路高性能热熔型道路标线涂料的研制

摘要 为解决当前标线涂料普遍存在的起皮脱落、耐磨性差以及反光性不达标等问题,研制了高速公路高性能热熔型道路标线涂料。通过室内试验,分析改性C5树脂、改性无机粉体及改性石英砂配比对涂料微观构造、抗压强度、软化点、耐磨性能及附着力的影响规律。结果表明,高性能热熔型道路标线涂料将无机组份与有机树脂通过化学键这种强相互作用紧密结合在一起,消除了普通标线涂料的脆性和不耐压的缺点;涂料的抗压试件全部没有发生脆性断裂,而是发生了高韧性下的屈服形变,且涂料试样的软化点、耐磨性及附着力均优于普通热熔标线,可提升高速公路标线的抗冲击性、耐老化性及可视性。 In order to solve the problems of peeling off,poor wear resistance and substandard reflection of current marking coatings,high performance hot melt marking coatings for highway were developed.The effects of modified C 5 resin,modified inorganic powder and modified quartz sand ratio on the microstructure,compressive strength,softening point,wear resistance and adhesion of the coating were analyzed through laboratory tests.The results show that the high performance hot melt road marking coating combines inorganic components and organic resin closely through the strong interaction of chemical bond,which eliminates the shortcomings of brittleness and nonpressure resistance of common marking coatings.All the compressive specimens of the coating did not have brittle fracture,but had yield deformation under high toughness,and the softening point,wear resistance and adhesion of the coating samples were better than that of ordinary hot melt marking,which can improve the impact resistance,aging resistance and visibility of highway marking.
