摘要
高速铁路箱梁裂缝,对梁体结构质量存在较大隐患。通过认真分析研究箱梁裂缝的原因,提出对不同深度、宽度的裂缝,采用相应的方法进行整治。在完成新建广州至汕尾铁路箱梁裂缝病害整治后,检查混凝土实体质量能够满足箱梁结构和功能要求,提升桥梁结构的耐久性和安全性。本研究提出的整治方案可为高速铁路箱梁裂缝整治提供参考。
Cracks in high-speed railway box girders pose significant risks to the structural quality of the beams.By carefully analyzing and studying the causes of cracks in box girders,it is proposed to use corresponding methods to rectify cracks of different depths and widths.After completing the crack treatment of the newly built Guangzhou Shanwei Railway box girder,the quality of the concrete body was checked to ensure that it meets the structural and functional requirements of the box girder,and to improve the durability and safety of the bridge structure.The remediation plan proposed in this study can provide reference for the remediation of cracks in high-speed railway box girders.
