摘要
薄壁金属管道内积垢易导致腐蚀和机械损伤等问题,对于薄壁弯管,传统除锈方法难以达到除锈要求,需采用机械方法清除管壁上的锈蚀物。为此,根据薄壁金属管件的内部除锈要求,设计了用于管道内壁机械式除锈的机器人,使得整个机构可以顺畅地运行,平稳通过大曲率弯道,实现了直径为150~200 mm普通钢管弯管内壁除锈。采用SolidWorks建立除锈机构模型,对机构进行运动学仿真分析,验证除锈机构能实现对弯管内壁除锈功能。
The scale in thin wall metal pipe could cause corrosion and mechanical damage.For thin wall bending pipe,the traditional rust removal method is difficult to meet the rust removal requirements,the mechanical method is utilized to remove the corrosion on the pipe wall.According to the internal rust removal requirements of thin-wall metal pipe fittings,the robot used for the mechanical rust removal of the inner wall of the pipe is designed.The presented mechanism can run smoothly through the large curvature curve,realizing the rust removal of the inner wall with a diameter of 150-200 mm single ordinary steel pipe bending pipe.The SolidWorks is adopted to establish the rust removal mechanism model,and the kinematic simulation analysis proves that the rust removal mechanism can realize the rust removal function of the inner wall of the bent pipe.
