摘要
按照“一屏观全网、一网治全城、一键掌全线”的目标,以管网数据获取不全面、防汛抢险指挥不精准、运行维护管理不及时为问题导向,建设了温州市智慧排水系统。从总体架构、系统建设、场景应用三个方面,详细介绍了智慧排水系统的建设及实践。该系统的建成实现了排水管网的可视化管理,在防汛抢险、运维管理等方面发挥了重要作用,也可为其他城市的智慧排水系统建设提供参考。
With the objective of"viewing the entire network on one screen,governing the entire city with one network,and controlling the entire line with one click",we take the incomplete acquisition of pipeline data,inaccurate flood control and rescue command,and untimely operation and maintenance management as the problem orientation,and carry out the construction of intelligent drainage systems.And the intelligent drainage system was introduced from three aspects:overall architecture,system construction,and scenario application.With the completion of the system,visual management of drainage pipelines has been achieved,significantly contributing to flood control,rescue operations,and maintenance management.Moreover,the practical experiences gained in the development of intelligent drainage systems in Wenzhou serve as valuable references for similar projects.
