基于EPC模式城市道路照明节能改造的设计和应用

摘要 城市道路照明节能改造采用合同能源管理(EPC)模式,是一种有效实现节能减排的市场运作机制。文章以某市城市道路照明节能改造项目方案设计为例,通过采用EPC模式,将该市1.3万余盏高压钠灯更换为LED灯,年节能率可达57.61%。为确保设计方案能正常实施,鼓励节能服务公司积极参与,平衡项目收益分配,设计过程考虑了LED灯使用寿命,分析并解决了EPC模式在城市道路照明节能改造中的实际应用问题。 Energy performance contracting(EPC)is an effective market operation mechanism to achieve energy saving and emission reduction for energy saving renovation of urban road lighting.Based on an energy saving renovation design of urban road lighting in a certain city,more than 13000 high pressure sodium lamps were replaced with LED lamps by EPC mode,and the annual energy saving rate can reach 57.61%.In order to ensure the proper implementation of the energy saving renovation project,encourage energy saving service companies to participate actively,and balance the distribution of project benefits,the design process considered the service life of LED lights.The practical application and problems of EPC were analyzed and solved in energy saving renovation of urban road lighting.
