摘要
通过调查甘肃省民乐县海潮坝灌区高标准农田水利工程建设与改造情况,发现存在设施老化、水利投入不足等问题,提出通过创新筹资模式、加强设施维护与改造、提高水资源利用效率等保障措施,来进一步提升高标准农田水利工程的建设效益和管理水平。
By investigating the construction and renovation of high-standard farmland water conservancy projects in Haichaoba Irrigation District of Minle County,it is found that there are problems such as aging facilities and insufficient water conservancy investment,and it is proposed to further improve the construction efficiency and management level of high-standard farmland water conservancy projects through innovative financing models,strengthening the maintenance and renovation of facilities,improving the efficiency of water resources utilization and other safeguard measures.
