摘要
为解决传统装配式构件厂生产流程不规范、现代化智能化水平低、材料管理控制不足等问题,本文以成都某市政工程装配式构件生产基地为例,研究MES与BIM技术充分结合的可行性,论证基于“MES+BIM”技术的市政工程装配式构件信息化平台的建设过程、内容及应用效果。最后对同类平台建设提出改进提升建议,为市政工程装配式构件生产应用提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of non-standard production process,low level of modernization and intelligence,and insufficient material management control in traditional fabricated component factories,this paper takes a municipal engineering fabricated component production base in Chengdu as an example,studies the feasibility of fully combining MES with BIM technology,demonstrates the construction process,content and application effect of the information platform for municipal engineering fabricated components based on"MES+BIM"technology.Finally,suggestions for improving the construction of similar platforms are put forward,providing reference for the production and application of municipal engineering fabricated components.
