摘要
在建筑工程领域,公路隧道工程建设难度普遍偏大,影响工程造价控制的因素众多,造价因素分析能力低下、诊断能力差的现实情况导致造价结果与工程实际存在较大偏差,最终导致工程成本上升。本文着眼于现阶段公路隧道工程建设规模不断扩大、建设难度不断提升的现实背景,对影响工程造价的关键因素进行分析,并在此基础上提出对应的解决措施,以期推动我国公路隧道工程领域造价控制水平提升,推动行业持续健康发展。
In the field of construction engineering,the difficulty of highway tunnel construction is generally high,and there are many factors that affect project cost control.The reality of low cost factor analysis ability and poor diagnostic ability leads to increased deviation between cost results and actual engineering,ultimately leading to an increase in project costs.This article focuses on the current reality of the expanding scale and increasing difficulty of highway tunnel construction,analyzes the key factors affecting project costs,and proposes corresponding solutions based on this,in order to promote the improvement of cost control level in the field of highway tunnel engineering in China and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
