摘要
随着我国建筑行业的快速发展,国际工程项目的数量、规模不断增加,科学合理开展施工管理活动能够促使国际工程项目的良好建设。目前在国际工程项目施工管理工作方面存在诸多制约因素,不利于工程项目施工工作的有效开展。基于此,本文分析国际工程项目施工管理制约因素,并提出应对举措。
With the rapid development of China's construction industry,the number and scale of international engineering projects have been continuously increasing.Scientific and reasonable construction management activities can promote the good construction of international engineering projects.There are currently many constraints in the management of international engineering project construction,which are not conducive to the effective implementation of engineering project construction work.Based on this,this paper analyzes the constraints of international engineering project construction management and proposes several countermeasures.
