同步差动进给双线电极微细电火花切割伺服控制系统设计

摘要 提出同步差动进给双线电极微细电火花切割加工方法,以双线电极双侧同步放电提高加工效率,同时可有效降低薄壁件变形,设计并开发了实现该方法的加工装置及伺服控制系统,使用PMAC运动控制卡和FPGA配合控制,实现工件进给模块和加工模块的伺服运动,采用双路独立的TR脉冲电源实现双线电极同步放电。通过对比使用单线电极与双线电极分别切割厚度为0.5 mm的弹簧钢薄片,结果表明双线切割比单线切割对薄壁件零件弯曲变形现象有明显改善。 A synchronous differential feed double-wire electrode micro EDM method was proposed,which improved machining efficiency by synchronously discharging both sides of the dual electrode.At the same time,the dual side discharge heat source can effectively reduce the deformation of thin-walled parts.A machining device and servo control system were designed and developed to implement this method.PMAC motion control card and FPGA were used in conjunction to control the servo motion of the workpiece feed module and machining module,and synchronous discharge of dual electrodes was achieved by utilizing dual independent TR pulse power supply.By comparing the use of single wire electrodes and double wire electrodes cutting spring steel sheets with a thickness of 0.5 mm respectively,the results show that double wire cutting has a significant improvement on the bending.
