阵列式柔性薄膜传感器的快速扫描实现

摘要 柔性薄膜传感器由于具有极高的柔韧性和可拓展性,可生产出不同大小的面积形状,通过阵列式排布,可以设计出大尺寸、多样化与数据实时特点的集成传感器模块。但对于大尺寸阵列式柔性薄膜的数据实时采集的方法仍存在挑战,本文基于STM32单片机以及一块4×4(可拓展)的阵列式柔性薄膜,经STM32控制,实现阵列式快速扫描,实时快速地定位出信号来源并反馈出在该薄膜单元的压力变化值。 Flexible thin-film sensors can be produced with different sizes of shapes due to their extremely high flexibility and expansibility.Through the array arrangement,the integrated sensor module with large size,diversity and real-time data characteristics can be designed.However,there are still challenges in the method of real-time data acquisition for large-size array flexible thin films.This paper is based on STM32 microcontroller unit(MCU)and a 4×4(scalable)array flexible thin-film.By STM32 control,the array type fast scanning is realized,the signal source is located in real-time and fastly the pressure change value in the thin-film unit is fed back.
