摘要
为科学量化大型水电工程建设过程中自然资源和社会经济活动对系统水力发电效益和质量的贡献,基于能值分析方法,构建大型水电工程建设系统能值评价指标体系,解析各类资源的真实价值与其可持续发展水平。结果表明:①系统对可更新资源依赖程度更高,其中水资源(雨水和径流来水)占系统总投入能值的54.55%,不可更新资源中主要以混凝土、水泥、机械与建设用电投入较大。②相较于其他水电工程,该系统净能值产出率较大(EYR为2.22),系统经济活力更强、更具有竞争性;环境压力较小(ELR为0.82)、可持续发展能力较好(ESI为2.69),与生态环境协调发展。③该系统水力发电太阳能值转换率为3.12×10^(10)sej/(kW·h),处于较低水平,体现其施工技术和管理水平较高,发电质量较好。研究结果有助于提高雅砻江流域水资源利用效率和优化水资源调度,可为大型水电工程建设中环境效益与经济效益评价提供参考。
The contribution of natural resources and socio-economic activities to the efficiency and quality of hydropower generation in the process of large-scale hydropower engineering construction can be quantified scientifically by using the method of emergy analysis.Based on the method of emergy analysis,we constructed the emergy value evaluation index system of large-scale hydropower engineering construction system,and analyzed the real value of various resources in the system and its sustainable development level.The results showed that:①The system was more dependent on renewable resources,among which water resources(rainwater and runoff water)account for 54.55%of the total input emergy of the system,and the non-renewable resources mainly include concrete,cement,machinery and construction electricity.②Compared with other hydropower projects,the net emergy value output rate of the system in the study is larger(EYR is 2.22),and the system has stronger economic vitality and more competitiveness.The environmental pressure is smaller(ELR is 0.82),and the sustainable development ability is better(ESI is 2.69),which is coordinated with the ecological environment.③The solar emergy value conversion rate of hydropower generation in the system is 3.12×10^(10)sej/(kW·h),which is at a lower level,reflecting the higher construction technology and management level and better power generation quality.The research results can provide a reference for the evaluation of environmental benefits and economic benefits in the construction of large-scale hydropower engineering,and helping to improve the utilization efficiency of water resources and optimize the water resources scheduling in the Yalong River Basin.
