Analysis of current situation and countermeasures of water conservation in Wuhan City

摘要 为提高武汉市水资源节约集约利用水平,分析了近年来武汉市节水成效及存在的主要问题,并提出了应对策略。结果表明:近年来,武汉市万元地区生产总值用水量、万元工业增加值用水量年递减率趋于平缓,城镇与农村居民日均生活用水量趋于稳定,人均综合用水量有所下降;但存在节水内生动力不足、农业用水效率不高、城市水资源配置不合理等问题。为此,针对性提出健全市场机制、推动科技引领、强化双控约束、优化工农业节水等应对策略,旨在为城市水资源的节约集约利用提供参考。 In order to improve the level of conservation and intensive water conservation in Wuhan City,we analyzed the effectiveness and main problems of water conservation in Wuhan City,and put forward countermeasures.The results showed that in recent years,the annual decline rate of water consumption per ten thousand yuan of gross regional product and water consumption per ten thousand yuan of industrial added value in Wuhan tended to be flat,the daily living water consumption of urban and rural residents tended to be stable,and the average per capita comprehensive water consumption had declined.However,there were some problems such as insufficient endogenous impetus for water saving,low agricultural water use efficiency,and unreasonable allocation of urban water resources.We put forward countermeasures such as perfecting market mechanism,promoting science and technology guidance,strengthening double control constraints,and optimizing industrial and agricultural water saving,aiming to provide a reference for the economical and intensive use of urban water resources.
