摘要
融雪剂可以为交通带来便利,但它也会腐蚀路面上的车辆和钢筋混凝土建筑。鉴于其对钢的腐蚀为耗氧腐蚀,文章定量分析了水中溶氧量及钢片腐蚀速率与温度、空气含量、无机盐/有机盐浓度的关系。结果显示,溶氧量随着氮气注入、温度升高、盐浓度升高而下降。在梯级浓度的氯化钙和乙酸钙溶液中,钢片的腐蚀速率均随溶液浓度的升高及溶氧量的降低而降低。在浓度为2.5%的氯化钙和乙酸钙溶液中,尽管溶氧量随温度升高而降低,但钢片的腐蚀速率反而加快。此外,研究还发现氯化钙对钢片的腐蚀性更强,这是因为氯化钙为强酸弱碱盐。
Although snow-melting agent can bring convenience to transportation,it can also corrode vehicles and reinforced concrete construction on the road surface.Given that its corrosion of steel is oxygen-consuming corrosion,this work quantitatively investigated the relationships be⁃tween temperature,air contents,inorganic/organic salt concentrations,and dissolved oxygen lev⁃els,as well as corrosion rates of steel in water.The results revealed that the levels of dissolved oxy⁃gen decline with the introduction of inert gas nitrogen and with increasing temperature and salt con⁃centration.In solutions with various concentrations of calcium chloride and calcium acetate,the corrosion rates of the steel decrease as the solution concentrations increase.However,even though the oxygen levels drop when the temperature increases in a solution with a 2.5%concentration of calcium chloride and calcium acetate,the corrosion rates of the steel conversely increase.Further⁃more,the study discovers that calcium chloride is more corrosive to steel due to its characteristic as a strong acid and weak base salt.
