摘要
40.5 kV及以下C-GIS真空断路器在低温工况下机械操作异常偶有发生,迫切需要提高低温时的机械操作可靠性。对真空断路器低温环境下机械操作性能的影响因素进行了深入分析,并通过试验的方法对低温下的机械操作性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:(1)润滑脂的粘性阻力是影响真空断路器在低温环境下操作异常的主要因素。(2)真空断路器传动链运动副选用低温润滑脂在正常环境温度以及低至-30℃时均可保证正常机械操作。真空断路器的传动链运动副优化及低温润滑脂选用提高了机械操作的稳定性和可靠性。
The abnormal mechanical operation of the vacuum circuit breakers in C-GIS(cubicle type gas insulated switchgear)at 40.5 kV occurs occasionally under low temperature conditions.Thus,it is an urgent need to improve the mechanical operation reliability under low temperature.The influencing factors of the mechanical operating performance of the vacuum circuit breaker under low temperature environment are deeply analyzed,and the mechanical operating performance under low temperature is studied through experimental methods.The test results indicate that①The viscosity resistance of the lubricating grease is the main factor affecting the abnormal operation of vacuum circuit breakers under low temperature.②The special low temperature lubricating grease can assure the normal operation of transmission chain kinematic pair in vacuum circuit breakers for environment temperatures as low as-30℃.The optimization of the transmission chain kinematic pair in the vacuum circuit breaker and the low-temperature lubricating grease selection can improve stability and reliability of vacuum circuit breakers mechanical operation.
