摘要
采用硅胶、MCI、Sephadex LH-20和HPLC等色谱技术从斑籽木(Baliospermum solanifolium)90%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,根据其理化性质及波谱数据,分别鉴定为大根香叶烯B(1),pubinernoid A(2),2-methyl-22-hydroxyhopane(3),24-亚甲基环木菠萝烷醇(4),环桉烯醇(5),3,4-seco-lanosta-4(28),8-dien-3-oic acid(6),角鲨烯(7),豆甾烷-3β,5α,6β-三醇(8),和5α,8α-过氧-(22E,24R)-麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(9).所有化合物均为首次从斑籽木属植物中分离得到.
Nine compounds were isolated from the 90%ethanol extract of Baliospermum solanifolium by silica gel,MCI,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC.Their structures were identified as germacrenin B(1),pubinernoid A(2),2-methyl-22-hydroxyhopane(3),24-methylenecycloartanol(4),cycloeucalenol(5),3,4-seco-lanosta-4(28),8-dien-3-oic acid(6),squalene(7),stigmastane-3β,5α,6β-triol(8),and 5α,8α-epidioxy-(22 E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(9)by physicochemical properties and spectral data.All the compounds were isolated from the genus Baliospermum for the first time.
