摘要
南京梅山矿业公司高压开关柜在初次改造升级后,因机械机构精度不高,导致电动底盘车驱动电机过载烧坏及断路器动触头撞击活门等故障。为解决该问题,在原有设备的基础上对高压开关柜的机械结构进行了优化改造,并增加了运行数据采集装置及现场实时视频信号,实现了高压开关柜运行信息的集中监测与智能化管理,提高了设备运行的安全性、可靠性及有效性。
After the initial renovation and upgrading of the high-voltage switchgear of Nanjing Meishan Mining Branch,the lack of precision in the mechanical mechanism led to failures such as overload burnout of the drive motor of the electric chassis truck and the im⁃pact of the circuit breaker movable contacts on the valve.In order to solve those problems,the mechanical structure of the high-voltage switchgear was optimized and modified on the basis of the original equipment,and the operation data acquisition device and real-time video signal on the site were added to realize the centralized monitoring and intelligent man⁃agement of the operation information of the high-voltage switchgear,which improved the safety,reliability and effectiveness of the equipment operation.
