摘要
石油开采及炼厂生产过程中,会伴有较多低品质轻烃废气,而这些低品质轻烃废气所带来的温室效应比二氧化碳更加严重,缺少绿色环保的处理方法。简述了纯氢燃料电池分布式热电联供系统与天然气燃料电池热电联供系统的进展,分析表明天然气制氢与燃料电池集成的热电联供技术可有效解决轻烃废气排放问题,但目前该技术功率较小,无法满足石油石化行业生产需求,开发大功率系统是未来需要解决的技术难题。
During the process of oil extraction and refinery production,a considerable amount of low-quality light hydrocarbon waste gases is generated.These gases contribute to the greenhouse effect more severely than carbon dioxide,and there is a lack of environmentally friendly treatment methods.In this paper,the progress of pure hydrogen fuel cell distributed combined heat and power(CHP) systems and natural gas fuel cell CHP systems was outlined,indicating that the integration of hydrogen production from natural gas and fuel cell CHP technology can effectively address the issue of light hydrocarbon waste gas emissions.However,the current technology generally has low power output and cannot meet the production demands of the petrochemical industry.Developing high-power systems is a technical challenge that needs to be addressed in the future.
