城市地铁施工中周边管线多的沉降控制技术研究

摘要 本研究围绕“城市地铁施工中周边管线多的沉降控制技术研究”展开,以安华桥站为工程背景,着重分析施工场地狭小、周边管线众多和沉降控制要求高等问题,提出相应的工程简介和重难点措施。在施工总体部署中,通过详细介绍竖井开挖、施工横通道、超前深孔注浆、二次衬砌施工步序等措施,全面展示了高难度地铁施工的科学规划和实际操作。为解决施工中的挑战,结合具体工程情况提出了合理的管线保护、土体加固和监测调整等措施,旨在保障工程施工的安全和顺利进行,为类似城市地铁工程提供有益的经验和指导。 This paper focuses on"research on settlement control technology of many surrounding pipelines in urban subway construction",takes Anhua Bridge Station as the project background,focuses on analyzing the problems of small construction site,many surrounding pipelines and high settlement control requirements,and puts forward the corresponding project introduction and key and difficult measures.In the overall construction deployment,through the detailed introduction of shaft excavation,construction cross passage,advance deep hole grouting,second lining construction steps and other measures,a comprehensive demonstration of the scientific planning and practical operation of high-difficulty subway construction.In order to solve the challenges in construction,the paper puts forward reasonable measures such as pipeline protection,soil reinforcement and monitoring adjustment according to the specific project situation,aiming at ensuring the safety and smooth construction of the project,and providing useful experience and guidance for similar urban subway projects.
