摘要
随着当前社会老龄化的发展,糖尿病作为常见的老年疾病,其发病率在逐年上升,而糖尿病心肌病作为糖尿病并发症之一,其发病数量也随之增加。糖尿病心肌病不仅是糖尿病患者的心脏出现损伤并发展为心力衰竭的重要原因之一,也是除冠状动脉疾病等继发性损害之外的特异性心肌损伤。既往研究表明,糖尿病心肌病的发病常由炎性衰老、氧化应激、线粒体受损、能量代谢异常等引起。近年来的研究显示,衰老因素与糖尿病心肌病的发生发展密切关联,如p16^(INK4a)衰老因子促进炎症反应、加剧高糖诱导的心肌细胞损伤。本文对糖尿病心肌病的发生发展机制和衰老因素的作用进行综述,从而加强对糖尿病心肌病和衰老的认识,为研究糖尿病心肌病与衰老因素之间的关联性寻找思路。
With the current aging society,as a common geriatric disease,the incidence of diabetes is increasing year by year,and the number of diabetic cardiomyopathy as one of the complications of diabetes is also increasing.Diabetic cardiomyopathy is not only an important cause of heart damage and the development of heart failure in diabetic patients,but also a specific myocardial injury in addition to secondary damage such as coronary artery disease.Previous studies have shown that the onset of diabetic cardiomyopathy is often caused by inflammatory aging,oxidative stress,mitochondrial damage,and abnormal glucolipid metabolism.Recent studies have shown that senescence factors,such as p16^(INK4a)are closely associated with the development and progression of diabetic cardiomyopathy and exacerbate high-glucose-induced myocardial injury.In this paper,we will reveal the role of senescence factors within the development of diabetic cardiomyopathy and thus improve the understanding of diabetic cardiomyopathy and aging,then find ideas for studying the relationship between diabetic cardiomyopathy and senescence factors.
