摘要
为了对《本草纲目》谷部类药物做更加全面的了解,以体现中药对养生保健的指导作用,以《本草纲目》谷部药物中造酿类药物为研究对象,采用传统的文献查阅和调研手段,分析了造酿类药物的性味毒性功效、药物组成等基本情况,展现了明以来造酿类药物的概貌。《本草纲目》酿造类药物为麻麦稻、稷粟、菽豆等药物加工、发酵、酿造后的产物,共收载药物29味。药味以甘味最多,辛、咸、苦次之,药性以温热药物为主,大多无毒,体现了造酿类药物甘温补益的特性,适合药食两用。造酿类药物有米面、大豆等相关加工制品(米、饭、粥、饼、糕、粽、豆腐等),米面豆等淘洗后覆以蒿、麻、蓼、帛等的发酵品,以及用麹等酿造的醋、酒及其糟品等,豆腐、米酒、烧酒等部分药物有毒,大部分无毒,可食用,具有补虚益气、调胃除烦、消食下气、行气散寒等功效。《本草纲目》谷部造酿类药物的研究有利于药食两用药物的开发,以达到药效和安全的兼顾,且方便实用。
This study aims to comprehensively understand drugs in the Compendium of Materia Medica,and to reflect the guiding role of Traditional Chinese Medicine in health preservation.To get an overview of brewing drugs since the Ming Dynasty,brewing drugs in the cereal section of the Compendium of Materia Medica,including their properties,taste,toxicity,efficacy,and drug composition,have been researched.The 29 drugs are products obtained from the processing,fermentation,and brewing of drugs such as hemp,wheat,rice,millet,and bean.The medicinal taste is mainly sweet,spicy,salty,and biter.The medicinal properties are mainly warm,mostly non-toxic.The characteristics of brewing drugs are sweet,warm,and beneficial,suitable for both medicine and food use.Brewing drugs include cereal,soybeans and their processed products,fermentation products and wine,vinegar,with the effects of tonifying deficiency and tonifying qi,regulating the stomach and eliminating restlessness,digesting lower qi,promoting qi circulation and dispelling cold,etc.The research on brewing drugs in the Compendium of Materia Medica is beneficial for the development of dual-use drugs for medicine and food,and guides daily health and wellness.
