乌龙江斜拉桥主塔钢锚梁定位测量技术

摘要 乌龙江斜拉桥主桥结构复杂,主塔钢锚梁的精密定位测量是斜拉桥的关键技术之一。针对其测量定位精度要求高、测量难度大的问题,分别介绍了几种适用于主桥钢锚梁精密定位方法。经过比选,最终采用全站仪三维坐标法进行钢锚梁精密定位,平面定位实施时通过加入主塔变形监测变化值进行修正,高程定位实施时通过高程差分来消除和减弱地球曲率及折光影响。该方法不仅满足精度要求,还可以全天候作业。实践证明,该方法安全、高效、经济、技术先进,具有显著的社会和经济效益。 The main bridge of cable-stayed Bridge river in Wulong river is complicated in structure,the precise positioning measurement of steel anchor beam in main tower is one of the key technologies of cable-stayed bridge.Which requires high precision of measurement and location,and is very difficult to measure.Several precise positioning methods for steel anchor beams of main Bridges are introduced.After a selection,finally,the steel anchor beam is precisely positioned by the total station 3D coordinate method,and the plane positioning is corrected by adding the deformation monitoring value of the main tower,the effect of earth curvature and refraction can be eliminated and reduced by elevation difference.This method not only meets the precision requirement,but also can work all-weather.The practice proves that the method is safe,efficient,economic and technologically advanced,and has remarkable social and economic benefits.
