摘要
在超高层施工过程中,为安装塔式起重机等大型机械设备,需要在施工现场布置大吨位汽车式起重机将塔式起重机构件吊运至深基坑中进行安装。然而,出于经济考虑,施工现场既有深基坑内支撑封板或不满足汽车式起重机的工作需求,汽车式起重机无法在内支撑封板上任意停泊作业。针对上述问题,本研究充分考虑内支撑的承载性能,提出了基于既有深基坑内支撑性能的大吨位汽车式起重机布置方法,可有效避免汽车式起重机作业时的内支撑二次加固。
For the super high-rise building,in order to install large mechanical equipment,large-tonnage truck crane needs to be used to transfer some heavy components.Considering the economic factor,however,the plate of internal support in the construction site may not be able to withstand the loads of truck crane.And thus the truck crane cannot pull over randomly on the plate.In order to solve the problem,a performance-based method is proposed to arrange the large-tonnage truck crane on the plate,which can avoid the secondary reinforcement of the internal support.
