不同运动方式对大学生高尿酸血症患者的干预研究

摘要 目的:探讨不同运动方式对大学生高尿酸血症患者尿酸、身体机能及相关指标的影响。方法:选取27名高尿酸血症大学生患者,随机分为健康教育组、有氧运动结合抗阻训练组、中国传统八段锦练习组,每组9人。实验干预12周,每周3次,每次50 min。干预前后测试:血液指标,包括血尿酸、甘油三酯;身体成分,包括体重、体脂率;心肺功能指标,包括肺活量、最大摄氧量。实验结果:干预后,各组血尿酸水平均有所下降,但有氧加抗阻训练组下降幅度最大。此外,有氧加抗阻训练组身体成分和心血管功能改善也最为显著。结论:对于大学生高尿酸血症患者,有氧运动结合抗阻训练具有更好的干预效果,有助于降低血尿酸水平并改善身体健康状况。 Objective:To investigate the effects of different exercise methods on uric acid,physical function,and related indicators in college students with hyperuricemia.Methods:A total of 27 college students with hyperuricemia are randomly divided into three groups:health education group,aerobic exercise combined with resistance training group,and traditional Chinese Ba Duan Jin exercise group,with 9 people in each group.The experimental intervention lasts for 12 weeks,3 times a week,50 minutes each time.Before and after the intervention,the following tests are conducted:Blood indicators,including blood uric acid,triglyceride;Body composition,including weight,body fat percentage;Cardiopulmonary function indicators,including lung capacity,and maximal oxygen consumption.Results:After the intervention,the blood uric acid levels of all groups decreased,but the aerobic and resistance training group show the greatest decrease.In addition,the aerobic and resistance training group and the Ba Duan Jin exercise group show the most significant improvement in body composition and cardiovascular function.Conclusion:For college students with hyperuricemia,aerobic combined with resistance train has a better intervention effect,which helps to reduce blood uric acid levels and improve physical health status.
