摘要
目的 探讨全脑血管造影术后即刻采用轴线翻身法对患者穿刺点出血情况、腰背部疼痛及满意度的影响。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年6月解放军总医院第一医学中心神经内科医学部收治的236例行全脑血管造影术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组118例。对照组术后采用常规护理,平卧6 h后进行轴线翻身;观察组术后即刻采用轴线翻身法翻身。比较两组穿刺点出血情况、腰背部疼痛程度及满意度。结果 两组穿刺点皮下血肿、少量渗血、明显出血发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组腰背部视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全脑血管造影术后即刻采用轴线翻身法,可降低患者腰背部疼痛程度,改善术后舒适度,提高满意度,且即刻轴线翻身法并不增加穿刺点出血发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of using the axial rotation method immediately after cerebrovascular angiography on patients bleeding at the puncture point,low back pain,and satisfaction.Methods A total of 236 cases admitted to the Department of Neurology Medicine,the First Medical Center of Chinese People’s Liberation Army General Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,with 118 cases in each group.In the control group,routine care was used after surgery,and axial rotation was performed after 6 h of lying down;in the observation group,the axial rotation method immediately was used to turn the body after surgery.The bleeding at the puncture point,degree of low back pain,and satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of subcutaneous hematoma,small amount of bleeding,and obvious occurrence at the puncture point between two groups(P>0.05).The low back visual analogue scale score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the satisfaction was higher than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the axial rotation method immediately in patients after cerebrovascular angiography reduces the degree of low back pain,improves postoperative comfort,and increases satisfaction,and axial rotation method immediately does not increase the incidence of bleeding at the puncture point.
