摘要
目的评价优质护理对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行鼻内窥镜手术后并发症发生率及满意度的影响。方法选取于2021年12月~2022年12月,研究对象为在我院行鼻内窥镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,统计出150例按照随机数表法分组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组行优质护理,每组各75例,评价比较各组患者的并发症发生率、满意度、鼻腔症状以及情绪状态。结果观察组患者对护理的总满意度比对照组高,其并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者的各项鼻腔症状评分显著更低,统计结果P<0.05;护理前的情绪评分差异,护理后观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分比对照组低,统计差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论予以手术治疗的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者实施优质护理干预,既有利于减少术后并发症,提高护理服务质量,还能引导患者积极、乐观面对生活,值得临床采纳。
Objective To evaluate the effect of high-quality nursing on the incidence of complications and satisfaction of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic surgery.Methods From December 2021 to December 2022,the subjects of the study were patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps who underwent endoscopic surgery in our hospital.150 patients were randomly divided into groups according to the method of random number table.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing,with 75 patients in each group.The rate of complications,satisfaction,nasal symptoms and emotional status of patients in each group were evaluated and compared.Results The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the scores of nasal symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05);The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps undergoing surgical treatment can not only reduce postoperative complications,improve the quality of nursing service,but also guide patients to face life positively and optimistically,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
