摘要
目的探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗老年过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选择2019年6月-2022年6月我院收治的老年过敏性鼻炎患者80例,根据治疗方式的不同随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),观察组实施低温等离子射频消融术,对照组实施微波消融术,比较两组术前、术后6个月的各项鼻部症状评分、炎性因子水平、鼻腔功能指标及生活质量评分。结果术后6个月,观察组各项鼻部症状(鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻塞、流涕)评分、炎性因子(CRP、IL-6、IL-4)、MTT及RQLQ评分均低于对照组,MTR高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子射频消融术可有效减轻老年过敏性鼻炎患者的多种鼻部症状,改善鼻腔生理功能,降低血清炎性因子水平,提升患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of senile allergic rhinitis.Method Eighty senile patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to different treatment methods.The observation group received low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,and the control group received microwave ablation.Nasal symptom scores,inflammatory factor levels,nasal function indexes and life quality scores were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after surgery.Results 6 months after surgery,the scores of nasal symptoms(itching,sneezing,nasal congestion,runny nose),infammatory factors(CRP,IL-6,IL-4),MTT and RQLQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while MTR in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation can effectively alleviate various nasal symptoms of senile patients with allergic rhinitis,improve nasal physiological function,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,and improve the quality of life of patients.
