地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗内耳眩晕的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of intratympanic injection of dexamethasone in the treatment of inner ear vertigo

摘要 目的分析内耳眩晕在地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗下的实际疗效。方法在我院耳科2022年1月份至2023年1月份因内耳眩晕入院治疗患者中选出76例,在随机抽签法下分为常规组(碳酸氢钠、银杏叶提取物等常规静脉注射药物疗法)与地塞米松组(常规疗法+地塞米松鼓室内注射疗法),比较有效治疗率、满意率、病症消退时间、气导平均听阈。结果常规组与地塞米松组内耳眩晕者治疗后有效治疗率76.32%、97.36%,治疗满意率84.21%、100.00%;地塞米松组数据明显更高;恶心呕吐消退时间(3.87±0.69)d、(2.56±0.44)d,剧烈眩晕(2.22±0.57)d、(1.67±0.36)d,耳鸣(7.18±1.48)d、(6.08±1.04)d,波动性耳聋(5.38±1.06)d、(4.36±1.00);后组时间更短;气导平均听阈(31.97±7.93)dbHL、(28.04±6.47)dbHL,地塞米松组数据偏小,组间数据有统计学对比差异(P<0.05)。结论地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗内耳眩晕疗效更好。 Objective To analyze the actual curative effect of inner ear vertigo treated by intratympanic injection of dexamethasone.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,76 patients with inner ear vertigo were selected and randomly divided into routine group(routine intravenous drug therapy such as sodium bicarbonate and Ginkgo biloba extract)and dexamethasone group(routine therapy plus dexamethasone intratympanic injection therapy).The effective treatment rate,satisfaction rate,symptom regression time and average hearing threshold of air conduction were compared.Results The effective treatment rates were 76.32%and 97.36%in the routine group and dexamethasone group,and the treatment satisfaction rates were 84.21%and 100.00%.The data of dexamethasone group was significantly higher;The regression time of nausea and vomiting was(3.870.69)d,(2.560.44)d,severe dizziness was(2.220.57)d,(1.670.36)d,and tinnitus was(7.181.48)d and(6.081.04).The latter group time is shorter;The average hearing thresholds of air conduction were(31.97±7.93)dbHL and(28.04±6.47)dbHL,and the data of dexamethasone group were small,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone indoor injection is better in inner ear vertigo.
