摘要
目的超声造影在甲状腺结节细针活检中的应用价值探究。方法样本均收录于在我院接受治疗的疑似甲状腺结节患者,共计收录75例,收录于2021.8_2022.3期间,样本入组后均接受超声造影检查,详细记录检查结果,后给予患者在超声造影引导下的细针活检,并以最终手术病理诊断结果为金标准,探究超声造影在甲状腺结节细针活检中的应用价值。结果75例疑似患者经最终手术病理确诊患者共计60例,占比为80.00%,经超声造影检出患者53例,检出率为88.33%;经超声造影配合下细针活检检出患者59例,检出率为98.33%;超声造影配合下细针活检的检出率更高,P<0.05。超声造影下细针活检的准确度(98.67%)、敏感度(98.33%)、特异性(100.00%)均高于超声造影(80.00%、81.67%、73.33%),P<0.05。结论超声造影在甲状腺结节细针活检中的应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in fine needle biopsy of thyroid nodules.Methods All samples were collected from patients with suspected thyroid nodules who were treated in our hospital.A total of 75 cases were collected from 2021.8 to 2022.3.All samples received contrast-enhanced ultrasonography after enrollment,and the examination results were recorded in detail,and then given to the patients.Using contrast-enhanced ultrasonography guided fine-needle biopsy,and taking the final surgical and pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard,the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in fine-needle biopsy of thyroid nodules was explored.Results A total of 60 cases of 75 suspected patients were confirmed by surgery and pathology,accounting for 80.00%,53 cases were detected by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,and the detection rate was 88.33%;59 patients were detected by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography combined with fine needle biopsy.Cases,the detection rate was 98.33%;the detection rate of ultrasonography combined with fine needle biopsy was higher,P<0.05.The accuracy(98.67%),sensitivity(98.33%)and specificity(100.00%)of fine needle biopsy under CEUS were higher than those under CEUS(80.00%,81.67%,73.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion CEUS has high application value infineneedlebiopsyof thyroid nodules.
