摘要
为了保证特殊设备的有效使用,必须严格遵守对操作人员的要求,对特殊设备的使用进行多面、综合考虑,科学部署,加强特殊设备规范管理。在特殊设备中,压力容器和压力管道是最主要的表现,要严格遵守特种设备的安全技术标准。目前,为使压力容器和压力管道的管理强度更加规范化,将定期检验作为研究的一个重要方面。本文围绕压力容器、管道定期检验中的普遍问题及对策展开了研究和剖析。
In order to ensure the effective use of special equipment,it is necessary to strictly comply with operators.The use of special equipment will be considered at multiple levels,and comprehensive consideration will be given to the use of special equipment.Scientific arrangements will be made to strengthen the standardized management of special equipment.Among special equipment,pressure vessels and pipelines are the most important manifestations,We must strictly comply with the safety technical standards for special equipment.Currently,in order to standardize the management intensity of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines,regular inspection is an important aspect of research.We have conducted research and analysis on the common problems and countermeasures in regular inspection of pressure vessels and pipelines.
