摘要
本文研究旨在解决环境监测中第三方运维的不规范问题,提升数据质量和监管效率,设计了一套第三方运维数字督察智慧管理平台。该平台集成数字化、智慧化技术,强化过程监管、数据公正、档案管理及远程诊断等功能。遵循安全、业务驱动和高可靠性原则,运用先进配置确保系统稳定。内置预警模型,实现数据自动审核与实时预警,提升监管效率。实际应用显示,该平台显著提高了环境监测数据的准确性,并大幅度提升了监管部门的管理能力。
Aiming to address the irregularities in third-party operation and maintenance in environmental monitoring,and enhance data quality and regulatory efficiency,a digital supervision and intelligent management platform for third-party operation and maintenance has been designed.This platform integrates digital and intelligent technologies,strengthening functions such as process supervision,data integrity,record management,and remote diagnosis.Adhering to the principles of security,business-driven,and high reliability,it employs advanced configurations to ensure system stability.With a built-in early warning model,it realizes automatic data auditing and real-time alerts,enhancing regulatory efficiency.Practical applications have shown that this platform significantly improves the accuracy of environmental monitoring data and greatly enhances the management capabilities of regulatory authorities.
