摘要
文章以江苏省食品药品技术监督中心的设计实践为例,分析新时期土地资源紧缺、集约化城市发展的背景下,高强度建设模式下科研实验建筑由水平向高层发展过程中需要解决的问题,总结技术监督中心的相关设计策略,希望为此类都市化高层科研实验建筑设计提供设计参考,助力我国科研实验建筑建设。
Taking the design practice of Jiangsu Provincial Food and Drug Technical Supervision Center as an example,this paper analyzes the problems that need to be solved in the process of scientific research and experimental buildings developing from horizontal to high-rise under the background of scarce land resources and intensive urban development in the new era.It summarizes the relevant design strategies for the technical supervision center,hoping to provide a design reference for the design of such urbanized high-rise scientific research and experimental buildings,and to promote the construction of scientific research and experimental buildings in our country.
