浊点萃取-原子荧光光度法测定饮用水中汞

摘要 为了满足适应饮用水中痕量汞的分析要求,采用双硫腙为螯合剂,通过非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-114进行浊点萃取,建立一种双硫腙螯合浊点萃取-原子荧光光度法测定痕量汞的方法。通过优化浊点萃取的pH、螯合剂用量、表面活性剂用量以及平衡方式等浊点萃取的条件,检出限能够达到0.006μg/L,RSD为3.3%~8.7%,加标回收率为80.3%~103%。结果表明,浊点萃取-原子荧光光度法能够适用于饮用水中痕量汞的分析,具有较低的检出限,并且满足准确度和精密度的要求。 In order to meet the requirements of trace mercury analysis in drinking water,a dithizone chelating turbid point extraction was carried out by nonionic surfactant Triton X-114.A new method for the determination of trace mercury by dithizone chelate cloud point extraction and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry was established.By optimizing the extraction conditions of cloud point pH,chelating agent dosage,surfactant dosage and equilibrium method,the detection limit was 0.006μg/L,RSDs were 3.3%~8.7%,and recoveries were 80.3%~103%.The results showed that the cloud extraction-atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry was suitable for the determination of trace mercury in drinking water with a lower detection limit and meets the requirements of accuracy and precision.
