摘要
糖基化作为蛋白质重要的翻译后修饰,在乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B,HBV)识别肝细胞受体、肝细胞内复制、分泌和免疫逃逸等过程中起着重要的作用。研究HBV相关的糖基化修饰,不仅可以揭示HBV与宿主细胞的相互作用机制,也为HBV感染的治疗和干预提供了新的视角。本文总结了HBV感染过程中糖基化作用、相关功能及应用等研究进展。
Glycosylation,as an important post translational modification of proteins,plays an important role in hepatitis B virus(HBV)signal recognition,intra-hepatocyte replication,secretion and immune escape.Investigating HBV-related glycosylation not only reveals the interaction mechanism between HBV and host cells,but also provides a new perspective for the treatment and intervention of HBV infection.This review summarized the progress of glycosylation,related functions,and potential applications in the process of HBV infection.
