胫骨平台后倾角对半月板损伤影响的研究现状

摘要 半月板损伤是膝关节相关疾病中的重点和热点,既往关于其损伤因素的探究众说纷纭,而胫骨平台后倾角度的增大被认为是其中的重要因素。本文搜集了以往相关国内外论文,汇集近年来关于胫骨平台后倾角对半月板损伤影响的文献。分析各方观点,虽然关于胫骨平台后倾角对半月板损伤影响的学说仍然存在不同的观点,但更多的文献倾向于支持:较大的胫骨平台后倾角是半月板损伤的危险因素,单独的胫骨平台后倾角增大是导致半月板损伤的直接因素。笔者期望在未来的临床研究中能够明确胫骨平台后倾角具体度数与损伤程度和形态之间的关系,并为临床治疗规范提供理论及实践依据。 Meniscal injury is an important and hot topic in knee joint disorders,and previous studies on its injury factors have been diverse,with an increase in the posterior tibial plateau tilt angle being considered an important factor.In this article,we collect relevant national and international papers from the past and review the literature on the effect of tibial plateau tilt angle on meniscal injuries in recent years.After analysing various viewpoints,we believe that although there are still different opinions on the impact of tibial plateau tilt angle on meniscus injury,more literature tends to support that a larger tibial plateau tilt angle is a risk factor for meniscus injury,and an increase in tibial plateau tilt angle alone is a direct factor leading to meniscus injury.The author hopes that future clinical research will clarify the relationship between the specific degree of tibial plateau tilt angle and the degree and morphology of injury,and provide a theoretical and practical basis for clinical treatment standards.
