摘要
针对姬塬油田某集输管线频繁发生刺漏、腐蚀失效的问题,开展了水质分析、腐蚀结垢产物分析、腐蚀挂片表面微观形貌及元素组分分析,研究了CO_(2)、H_(2)S、溶解氧、Cl^(-)及结垢离子多介质环境下腐蚀机理,腐蚀结垢治理方法进行了优选。结果表明,造成管道腐蚀的主要因素是CO_(2)-H_(2)S-Cl^(-)共存腐蚀和细菌腐蚀在局部腐蚀的发展过程中起促进作用造成的,通过采用新型缓蚀剂和涂层结合防腐技术,现场腐蚀速率降低至0.0118 mm/a,最大限度地减缓或降低集输管道的腐蚀,延长其使用寿命。
In view of the problems of frequent leakage and corrosion failure in a gathering and transportation pipeline in Jiyuan Oilfield,water quality analysis,corrosion and scaling product analysis,surface morphology and element composition analysis were carried out.The corrosion mechanism under multi-media environment of CO_(2),H_(2)S,dissolved oxygen,Cl^(-)and scaling ions was studied,and the corrosion and scaling treatment methods were optimized.The results show that the main factors causing pipeline corrosion are CO_(2)-H_(2)S-Cl^(-)co-existing corrosion and bacterial corrosion,which promote the development of local corrosion.By new corrosion inhibitor and coating combined anti-corrosion technology,the on-site corrosion rate is reduced to 0.0118 mm/a,which can minimize or reduce the corrosion of gathering and transportation pipelines,and extend its service life.
