摘要
本文针对高掺量硅灰石尾矿陶瓷坯体的生坯强度影响因素进行了研究,考察了不同粘土原料、坯体增强剂、成型压力对生坯强度的影响,通过比较不同粘土矿物对于生坯强度的影响,发现高白膨润土生坯增强效果最好,当其用量达到40wt%时,生坯强度可达到3.24MPa。同时在坯料中添加1wt%的改性木质素作为坯体增强剂,可以使生坯强度达到2.26MPa,并且不会对泥浆性能造成影响。通过研究成型压力对陶瓷生坯强度的影响,成型压力设置为35MPa可满足建陶连续生产的要求。
This article studies the factors affecting the green carbon body strength of high content wollastonite tailings ceramic bodies,and investigates the effects of different clay raw materials,body reinforcement agents,and molding pressure on the green carbon body strength.By comparing the effects of different clay minerals on the green carbon body strength,it is found that high white bentonite has the best strengthening effect.When its dosage reaches 40wt%,the green strength can reach 3.24MPa.At the same time,adding 1wt%modified lignin as a reinforcing agent to the billet can increase the strength of the billet to 2.26MPa without affecting the mud performance.By studying the effect of molding pressure on the strength of ceramic green carbon bodies,setting the molding pressure to 35MPa can meet the requirements of continuous production of building ceramics.
