摘要
设计了一个双功能配体修饰的金纳米粒子制备及在生理环境下Pb^(2+)检测应用的本科生化学实验。首先合成柠檬酸根修饰的金纳米粒子;然后利用配体交换的方法,将双功能配体按照一定比例修饰到金纳米粒子表面,得到既能在生理环境中稳定存在,又能对Pb^(2+)有灵敏而特异性响应的金纳米粒子探针;在优化条件下,对生理环境中的Pb^(2+)进行检测应用。本实验不仅可以锻炼学生制备纳米材料的能力,掌握仪器设备的使用,而且能锻炼学生提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的分析思维能力。通过本实验的设计和实施,可使学生进一步了解科学前沿,提升科学素养。
Designed an undergraduate chemistry experiment on the synthesis of gold nanoparticles modified with bifunctional ligands and the application in Pb^(2+)detection in physiological environments.Firstly,synthesize citrate modified gold nanoparticles;Then,using ligand exchange method,the bifunctional ligands are modified onto the surface of gold nanoparticles in a certain proportion to obtain functionalized gold nanoparticles that can exist stably in physiological environments and have sensitive and specific responses to Pb^(2+);Under optimized conditions,detect Pb^(2+)in physiological environments.This experiment can not only exercise students'ability to prepare nanomaterials and master the use of instruments and equipment,but also enhance their analytical thinking skills in posing,analyzing,and solving problems.Through the design and implementation of this experiment,students can further understand the forefront of science and improve their scientific literacy.
