摘要
分析闭合与切开复位固定治疗踝关节骨折的效果。抽选2021年1月-2023年1月于毕节市中医医院接受治疗的72例踝关节骨折患者为研究对象,基于患者的意愿将其分为参照组和研究组两组,每组各36例。参照组以切开复位固定方式治疗,研究组以闭合复位固定方式治疗,对比两组患者手术前后的VAS、AOFAS评分变化情况及并发症发生率等。结果显示,研究组患者的手术时长、住院时长及骨折愈合时长均短于参照组,术中出血量少于参照组(P<0.05)。术后,研究组患者的VAS评分较参照组更低,AOFAS评分较参照组更高(P<0.05);研究组患者骨折恢复的优良率较参照组更高(P<0.05);术后,研究组患者的并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,相比切开复位固定治疗方式,闭合复位固定治疗踝关节骨折的疗效更优,术后患者疼痛感较轻,肢体功能恢复效果较好,并发症发生率较低,住院与恢复时间更短,建议临床推广应用。
Analyze the effectiveness of closed and open reduction fixation in the treatment of ankle joint fractures.72 patients with ankle fractures who received treatment at Bijie Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Based on the patient’s wishes,they were divided into a reference group and a study group,with 36 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with open reduction and fixation,while the study group was treated with closed reduction and fixation.The changes in VAS and AOFAS scores before and after surgery,as well as the incidence of complications,were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the surgical duration,hospitalization duration,and fracture healing duration of the study group patients were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the VAS score of the study group patients was lower than that of the control group,and the AOFAS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The excellent rate of fracture recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After surgery,the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that compared to open reduction and fixation treatment,closed reduction and fixation treatment has a better therapeutic effect on ankle fractures.Patients after surgery have less pain,better limb function recovery,lower incidence of complications,and shorter hospitalization and recovery time.It is recommended to promote clinical application.
