我国分层教学的问题探讨与转变路径——基于组织变革理论的视角

摘要 近年来,我国基础教育改革不断深入,分层教学作为一种新教学组织形式引发了广泛关注,但是由于缺乏系统框架进行审视,导致其在实施过程中存在诸多现实困境,而作为学校转变与改进的分析框架,组织变革理论有助于解决分层教学中的问题。基于此,文章首先依托组织变革理论,结合人力资本理论、生产理论等多重视角,构建分层教学困境分析框架。然后,文章深入剖析了分层教学在认知观念解冻、战略要素转型、体制与机制重建等方面所面临的挑战。最后,文章从思想解冻、变革规划、模式再冻结等方面提出对策,以期为我国分层教学的改革提供理论支持和实践指导。 At present,with the deepening of Chinese basic education reform,stratified teaching as a new form of teaching organizations,has aroused wide attention.However,there are many realistic dilemmas in the implementation process of stratified teaching,due to the lack of a system framework to examine.As the analytical framework for school transformation and improvement,the organizational change theory help solve the problems in stratified teaching.Therefore,based on the organizational change theory,combined with human capital theory,production theory and other multiple perspectives,the paper constructed a stratified teaching dilemma analysis framework.Then,the paper deeply analyzed the challenges that stratified teaching faced in such aspects as the thawing of cognitive concepts,the transformation of strategic elements,and the reconstruction of system and mechanism.Finally,the paper put forward countermeasures from the aspects of thought thawing,reform planning and mode refreezing,so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of stratified teaching in our country.
