摘要
目的:通过Meta分析,系统评价临床护士组织沉默的影响因素。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普资源总库、中国生物医学文献数据库相关研究。根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献,并提取文献信息。采用美国卫生保健质量和研究机构推荐的横断面研究质量评价工具进行质量评价,应用RevMan 5.0进行Meta分析。结果:共检索到204篇文献,最终纳入10篇文献,均为中高等质量。Meta分析显示,临床护士组织沉默影响因素的合并相关系数及95%CI为工作年限[-0.09(-0.17,-0.01)]、年龄[0.24(0.15,0.32)]、聘任形式[0.75(0.48,1.03)]、学历[-0.15(-0.29,-0.01)]、职称[-0.32(-0.58,-0.07)]。结论:工作年限、年龄、聘任形式、学历及职称是临床护士组织沉默的影响因素,且研究结果较为稳健。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the factors affecting clinical nurses organization silence through Meta-analysis.Methods:Relevant studies were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and CBM.References were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and literature information was extracted.Cross-sectional study quality evaluation tools recommended by American health care quality and research institutions were used for quality evaluation,and RevMan 5.0 was applied for Meta-analysis.The quality assessment tool for cross-sectional studies recommended by the American Institute for Healthcare Quality and Research was used for quality assessment,and RevMan5.0 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 204 articles were retrieved,and 10 articles were finally included,all of which were medium-and high-quality.Meta-analysis showed that the combined correlation coefficient and 95%CI of the influencing factors of nurses organization silence were[-0.09(-0.17,-0.01)]for years of work,[0.24(0.15,0.32)]for age,[0.75(0.48,1.03)]for employment form,[-0.15(-0.29,-0.01)]for education level,and[-0.32(-0.58,-0.07)]for professional title.Conclusions:Working years,age,employment form,educational background and professional title are the influencing factors of organizational silence of clinical nurses,and the research results are relatively stable.
