中药汤剂塑料包装中微塑料的释放及检测

Identification and Quantification of Microplastics Released from Plastic Packaging Used for Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoctions

摘要 该研究以中药汤剂塑料包装材料为研究对象,采用显微-傅里叶红外光谱技术对中药汤剂塑料包装释放的微塑料进行检测,建立了中药汤剂塑料包装中微塑料的分离及分析方法。回收率结果显示,对于粒径50μm、200μm及5000μm的聚乙烯(PE)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)微塑料标准品,其平均回收率均超过90%,表明采用所建方法对中药汤剂包装中释放的微塑料进行分析具有可行性。该研究通过对比不同打开方式、灌装温度、贮存时间、老化进程以及不同种类中药汤剂等因素,对中药汤剂塑料包装中微塑料释放的影响因素进行考察,为中药汤剂塑料包装的安全性评估提供了新的依据,同时也为后续的深入研究奠定了坚实的基础。 The study focuses on plastic packaging materials for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoctions,utilizing microscopic Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to detect microplastics re⁃leased from these packages.Through this research,an effective method for isolating and analyzing microplastics in the plastic packaging of TCM decoctions has been developed.The recovery results shows that the the average recovery of polyethylene(PE)and polyethylene terephthalate(PET)micro⁃plastics with sizes of 50μm,200μm and 5000μm were all over 90%,indicating that the proposed method was feasible for the analysis of microplastics released from the packaging of TCM decoction.By investigating the influencing factors such as opening method,filling temperature,storage time,aging process and different types of TCM decoction on the microplastics release from TCM decoction plastic packaging,providing a new basis for the safety assessment of TCM decoction plastic packag⁃ing,and also laying a solid foundation for subsequent in-depth research.
