绝缘涂层对无取向硅钢质量影响的分析

摘要 安钢无取向硅钢生产前期,表面绝缘涂层质量存在较多问题。其表面绝缘涂层问题主要集中在发粘、发黄、容易锈蚀等。为减少表面绝缘涂层质量造成的经济损失,对生产中各环节进行分析研究,找出影响绝缘涂层质量关键因素,并制定一系列改进措施,提高了无取向硅钢表面绝缘涂层的质量。 In the early stage of production of non-oriented silicon steel at Angang,there were many problems with the quality of the surface insulation coatings.The surface insulation coating problems mainly focus on sticking,yellowing,and easy rusting.In order to reduce the economic losses caused by the quality of surface insulation coatings,various aspects of production were analyzed and studied to identify key factors affecting the quality of the insulating coating,and a series of improvement measures were formulated to improve the quality of the non-oriented silicon steel surface insulating coating.
