摘要
文旅型乡村作为乡村旅游的主阵地,深入挖掘其公共空间需求尤为重要。文章以天津市大杜庄村为研究对象,运用KANO模型作为方法论,通过对调研、访谈的分析与整合,确定需求项并对其进行归类;利用调研结果设计问卷,甄别出各种问题类型的需求属性,展现出待解决问题的重要级别,量化分析该村公共空间需求类型;通过Better-Worse系数分析法对问卷数据进行分析,获取需求层次优先级别,并以此为依据,提出空间规划、建设的优化建议,以提高文旅型乡村公共空间环境资源的利用率与满意度。
As the main position of rural tourism,it is particularly important to dig deep into the demand for public space.This paper takes Daduzhuang Village in Tianjin as the research object,uses the Kano model as the methodology,and determines and classifies the demand items through the analysis and integration of research and interviews.The questionnaire was designed based on the survey results to identify the demand attributes of various problem types,show the importance level of the problem to be solved,and quantitatively analyze the demand types of public space in the village.The questionnaire data were analyzed by the Better-Worse coefficient analysis method to obtain the priority level of demand level,and based on this,the optimization suggestions of spatial planning and construction were put forward to improve the utilization rate and satisfaction of environmental resources in cultural andtourismruralpublicspace.
