摘要
目的分析在为接受膀胱癌(Bladder cancer,BC)全切泌尿造口术治疗的患者实施护理服务的过程中分阶段回授法健康教育联合行为干预对其自我管理能力的影响.方法此次试验研究随机在2021年8月-2023年8月之间于天津医科大学第二医院接受BC全切泌尿造口术治疗的患者中抽取84例作为试验对象,随机将患者分为各有42例的观察组与对照组,其中对照组患者所采用的护理方法为常规护理,观察组患者所运用的护理方法为分阶段回授法健康教育联合行为干预.结果护理前两组患者自我管理能力以及应对方式均无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;而护理后观察组患者上述指标与对照组患者相比存在显著差异,P<0.05.统计学分析两组患者护理满意度后可知,观察组患者显著高于对照组患者,P<0.05.结论分阶段回授法健康教育联合行为干预不仅对BC全切泌尿造口术患者自我管理能力有着积极影响,同时可改善其应对方式,提高满意度.
Objective To analyze the effects of staged feedback health education combined with behavioral intervention on self-management ability of patients receiving total resection urostomy for Bladder cancer(BC)during nursing care.Methods In this study,84 patients who received BC total incision urostomy in hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly selected as experimental subjects,and the patients were divided into an observation group with 42 patients in each group and a control group by computer randomized method.In the control group,the nursing method adopted was routine nursing.The nursing method used in the observation group was health education combined with behavioral intervention.Results There was no significant difference in self-management ability and coping style between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;after nursing,the above indexes in observation group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.05).Statistical analysis of nursing satisfaction between the two groups showed that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with behavioral intervention has a positive effect on self-management ability of BC patients with total incision urostomy,improve their response methods and increase satisfaction.
