摘要
目的探究低剂量CT在活动性肺结核诊断中的扫描征象及辐射情况.方法抽取湖南省胸科医院2022年4月-2023年12月期间收治的142例活动性肺结核患者开展研究,均进行CT检查,分别采取常规剂量扫描(n=71)、低剂量扫描(n=71),对比图像质量、影像学征象检出率、辐射情况等.结果两种扫描方式的图像质量、对影像学征象的检出率差异接近,无统计学意义(P>0.05);低剂量扫描的辐射量低于常规剂量扫描(P<0.05).结论对活动性肺结核患者进行低剂量CT扫描,可获得与常规剂量扫描相当的图像质量、影像学征象检出率,但低剂量扫描安全性更高,可降低对人体造成的辐射危害.
Objective To explore the scanning signs and radiation status of low-dose CT in the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A study was conducted on 142 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to December 2023,all of whom underwent CT scans.Routine dose scans(n=71)and low-dose scans(n=71)were performed,respectively,to compare image quality,imaging sign detection rate,radiation status,etc.Results The difference in image quality and detection rate of imaging signs between the two scanning methods was similar and not statistically significant(both P>0.05);the radiation dose of low-dose scanning is lower than that of conventional dose scanning(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose CT scanning of active pulmonary tuberculosis patients can achieve image quality and imaging sign detection rates comparable to conventional dose scanning,but low dose scanning is safer and can reduce the harm of radiation to the human body.
