摘要
目的分析中药制剂不良反应的临床特点。方法选取发生中药制剂不良反应的218例患者,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,对发生不良反应患者的年份、性别、年龄、制剂类型、累及系统及其临床表现进行分析。结果发生中药制剂不良反应的患者中,2020~2021年患者45例(20.64%),2021~2022年患者83例(38.07%),2022~2023年患者90例(41.28%),不良反应发生例数逐年增多。218例发生中药制剂不良反应的患者中男性60例、占比27.52%,女性158例、占比72.48%。>60岁患者发生中药制剂不良反应占比最高,达到39.45%(86/218)。发生中药制剂不良反应的注射剂型患者最多,共136例(62.39%),口服剂型54例(24.77%),外用剂型28例(12.84%)。中药制剂不良反应累及系统最多的为皮肤/黏膜(114例),其次为消化系统(82例)、神经系统(71例)。结论年龄、性别、制剂类型都会引发中药制剂不良反应,因此在采用中药制剂进行治疗的过程中需加强药房的管理,用药过程中需加强对不良反应的监测和观察,提升用药的安全性,为患者的治疗和生命安全提供可靠保障。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Methods The selected 218 patients who experienced adverse reactions to traditional Chinese medicinal preparations were retrospectively analyzed for year,gender,age,type of preparation,system of involvement and their clinical manifestations.Results Adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions occurred in 45 patients(20.64%)from 2020 to 2021,83 patients(38.07%)from 2021 to 2022,and 90 patients(41.28%)from 2022 to 2023,with the number of adverse reactions increasing year by year.Among 218 patients,60 cases(27.52%)were male and 158 cases(72.48%)were female.Patients over 60 years old had a relatively high incidence of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,reaching 39.45%(86/218).The highest number of patients with adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine preparations occurred in the injectable dosage form,with 136 cases(62.39%),54 cases(24.77%)in the oral dosage form,and 28 cases(12.84%)in the topical dosage form.The system most involved in adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicinal preparations was skin/mucous membranes(114 cases),followed by digestive system(82 cases)and nervous system(71 cases).Conclusion Age,gender,and type of preparation can all lead to adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Therefore,in the process of using traditional Chinese medicine preparations for treatment,it is necessary to strengthen pharmacy management,monitor and observe adverse reactions during medication,improve medication safety,and provide reliable guarantees for the treatment and life safety of patients.
