摘要
目的 观察替格瑞洛联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床效果。方法 根据治疗方法不同将2022年1月—2024年1月湘潭市中心医院收治的ACI患者80例分为对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40)。对照组予以阿司匹林肠溶片联合阿托伐他汀钙片,研究组予以替格瑞洛片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。2组均连续用药21 d。比较2组临床疗效,用药前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数、血小板计数、血小板抑制率及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT),不良反应。结果 研究组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043)。用药21 d后,2组NIHSS评分降低,Barthel指数升高,且研究组低/高于对照组(P<0.01);2组血小板计数、血小板抑制率升高,血清hs-CRP、PCT水平降低,且研究组高/低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组不良反应总发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(5.00%vs.7.50%,P=1.000)。结论 替格瑞洛联合阿托伐他汀治疗ACI的效果显著,能够促进神经功能恢复,提高日常生活能力,改善血小板功能,降低炎性反应,且用药较安全。
Objective To observe the efficacy of combination of tegretol and atorvastatin in the treatment of ACI.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with ACI who selected from January 2022 to January 2024 in Xiangtan Central Hospital were divided into the control group(n=40) and the study group(n=40).Patients in the control group were given aspirin enteric-coated tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets,and patients in the study group were given ticagrelor tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets,both groups were medicated with 21 days.Clinical effect,NIHSS score,Barthel index,platelet count,platelet inhibition rate and serum hs-CRP,PCT before and after medication,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Total effective rate in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043).After 21 days of medication,NIHSS score in the two groups was decreased,Barthel index was ascend,and the study group was lower/higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);Platelet count,platelet inhibition rate in the two groups were ascend,and serum hs-CRP,PCT levels were decreased,and the study group were higher/lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(5.00% vs.7.50%,P=1.000).Conclusion Combination of tegretol and atorvastatin have an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of ACI,it can promote the recovery of nerve function,improve the ability of daily living,improve platelet function,reduce the inflammatory reactions,and the drug is safer.
