摘要
目的:分析加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月于南京市六合区人民医院行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和试验组,各50例。常规组实施常规护理,试验组实施加速康复外科护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且试验组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组依从性高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。试验组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。试验组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。结论:加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者护理中的应用效果显著,可缓解患者负性情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高患者依从性、护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in Nanjing LuHe People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a conventional group with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received enhanced recovery after surgery nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The compliance in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).The complication rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).Conclusion:The application of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing has a significant effect in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,which can alleviate patients'negative emotions,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patients'compliance and nursing satisfaction.
